Concept development and design for 4,500 square foot gourmet burger / vodka bar for celebrity chef Kerry Simon.
Channeling a Cold-War / Russian vibe with a twist, the branding, art and design along with award winning burgers and shakes made the restaurant a destination among locals and hotel guests bringing great food and fun to a space that was previously a casual Italian eatery.
